Flower Subscription Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and subscription flower delivery service. By subscribing or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Our Service

We provide fresh, seasonal flowers through a recurring subscription or one-off purchases. The flowers pictured on our website are examples only — each floral box is hand-curated and may vary in colour, variety, and style depending on seasonal availability.

2. Subscription & Billing

  • By subscribing, you agree to receive recurring deliveries according to your chosen frequency.
  • Payments are processed automatically using your selected payment method prior to delivery.
  • You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription by logging into your account or contacting us.

3. Delivery

  • We deliver to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure it’s correct and that someone can receive your flowers.
  • If no one is available, flowers may be left in a safe location at your own risk.
  • Delivery days and times may vary depending on your location and public holidays.

4. Freshness Guarantee & Issues

We send our flowers in bud or partially open to ensure maximum vase life.
If your flowers arrive damaged or fail to perk up after proper care, please contact us within 24 hours with photos, and we’ll arrange a redelivery or credit.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date.
  • Once an order has been processed, we’re unable to provide a refund unless the flowers arrive in unsatisfactory condition (see Section 4).

6. Pausing & Skipping Deliveries

You can pause your subscription or skip a delivery week by logging into your account at least 3 days before your next scheduled delivery.

7. Allergies & Safety

Some flowers and foliage can cause allergic reactions or may be harmful if ingested. Please keep arrangements away from pets and children.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including weather, transport disruptions, or supply shortages).

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

Workshop Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and in-home and studio workshops. By hosting or attending a workshop, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Payment

  • The full cost of the workshop is due at the time of booking to secure your place.
  • All materials and flowers are included in the workshop fee.

2. Participant Cancellations

  • If you are unable to attend, please contact us at info@lilium.ca or your Host.
  • We can credit your payment towards another workshop (subject to availability) or provide a refund in accordance with the following:
    • More than 10 days’ notice – Full refund or transfer to another workshop.
    • Within 10 days of the workshop – 50% refund.
    • Within 48 hours of the workshop – No refund.
  • A full refund will be provided if you arrange for another participant to take your place, subject to your Host’s consent.

3. Lilium’s Cancellation Rights

  • Workshops require a minimum number of participants to proceed.
  • We reserve the right to amend or cancel workshops. If we cancel a class, we will make every effort to provide at least one week’s notice.
  • If a workshop is cancelled by us, you may choose to:
    • Transfer your booking to another workshop, or
    • Receive a full refund of your payment.

4. Host Cancellations

  • If a Host is unable to hold the workshop at their home due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, an alternative location will be arranged by Lilium.

5. Weather or Unforeseen Circumstances

  • In the event a workshop cannot proceed due to severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances, Lilium will make every effort to reschedule the workshop within 48 hours.
  • If rescheduling is not possible, all materials and flowers will be delivered to your home as a DIY kit so you can still enjoy the workshop experience at your convenience.
