At Lilium, we work hard to make sure your flowers arrive fresh, beautiful, and right on schedule.

Where We Deliver

We currently deliver to Westmount and NDG, Montreal.
If you’re unsure whether we can deliver to your address, please check our postcode checker or get in touch.

Delivery Days & Times

• Subscription Orders: Delivered on Tuesdays & Thursdays according to your chosen subscription frequency.
• One-Off Orders: Delivered on Tuesdays & Thursdays based on availability.
  
• We cannot guarantee specific delivery times
  

How We Deliver

• Flowers are carefully packed to protect them during transit and may arrive in bud form for maximum vase life.
  
• If no one is available to receive your flowers, they may be left in a safe location or with a neighbour. This will be at your own risk.
  

Special Instructions

You can add delivery notes at checkout (e.g., "Leave at front porch" or "Call upon arrival").

Delayed or Missed Deliveries

We aim for on-time delivery every time, but delays may occur due to weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your flowers are delayed, we’ll update you.
