Frequently Asked Questions
Flower Subscriptions
Each week, twice a month or one a month (depending on your plan), we deliver a curated box of fresh, seasonal blooms directly to your door. Our flowers often arrive in bud form and are not arranged, giving you the joy of getting creative. Every box arrives with instructions on how to arrange and care of the flowers. Enjoy watching your creation bloom into a beautiful arrangement.
Our floral team handpicks each box to highlight the best seasonal varieties. While specific requests aren’t available, you’ll always receive a thoughtfully curated selection.
- Signature Box – Perfect for a standard vase, with a balanced mix of stems.
- Deluxe Box (upon request) – More abundant, for fuller arrangements or multiple vases.
A sharp pair of floral scissors and a clean vase are all you need. We also offer Lilium’s recommended vase, floral scissors, and a branded apron in our shop for those who’d like the complete set.
With proper care (fresh water, a clean vase, trimming stems), most Lilium blooms last up to 7 days, often longer.
We’re so sorry if this happens! Please take a photo and fill out our Contact Us form with your order number and delivery postcode. Our team will resolve the issue quickly.

Orders
We’re sorry there’s been a problem with your delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide your order number, delivery postcode, and details of the problem in an email to us.
Our flowers often arrive as buds or tight blooms and may be out of water during transit. This is completely normal, and some stems may look a little thirsty upon arrival. With fresh water, they usually perk up beautifully within a few days.
If your flowers do not revive, this may indicate they were damaged in transit or there’s another quality concern. In that case, please contact us via our Contact Us form so we can arrange a redelivery or compensation.
